About Jake Mannino

Jake Mannino is a Global Sales Director at Microsoft and distinguished Program Advisor for the Center for Executive Coaching. He holds a BA in Social Sciences and an Executive MBA from Michigan State University. Additionally, Jake has earned Executive and Career Coaching Certifications from the CEC, a Professional Coach Certification from Microsoft, an ICF Level 1 Certification, and is an EQ-i2.0 Certified Assessor for Emotional Intelligence and EQ 360 assessments.

Jake was honored as the commencement speaker for Michigan State University’s EMBA Class of 2020 and currently contributes his expertise as a guest lecturer at Oakland University for the Department of Organizational Leadership, addressing PhD and Doctoral candidates.

As a global executive leader, Jake has a fervent passion for world travel, having explored Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and North America. In addition to his world travels, his extensive journeys have taken him to 48 states where he’s backpacked numerous national parks from Maine to Alaska.

In addition to his current role as a Global Sales Director, Jake is also a certified Professional Coach at Microsoft where he facilitates and leads both career and executive coaching sessions for employees worldwide. With over 30 years of coaching and leadership experience, Jake is dedicated to helping individuals and teams realize their full potential, overcome challenges, improve performance, and align their actions with strategic goals.

Jake’s personal interests are as diverse as his professional achievements. He is passionate about music, yoga, exercise, meditation, cooking, nature, writing, reading, traveling, and savoring good wine. 

In his professional capacity, Jake Mannino is a certified Executive Coach and Global Sales Director at Microsoft, boasting over 30 years of experience across various industries and domains. He has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth entrepreneurial environments, consistently delivering superior results and outcomes. 

In addition to building and leading global sales teams, Jake currently facilitates and leads group career coaching within Microsoft for MCAPS.
